1500 K Street NW (Washington, DC)

1500 K Street NW is a mixed-use building in Washington, DC that is home to offices, restaurants, and retail. The site was originally built as the Southern Railway Building in 1929. The building was designed by renowned architect Waddy B. Wood.

The building was retrofitted by Smart Building Technologies with various Distech Controls devices to deliver optimum system performance at the best possible value.

Additionally, we created and continue to monitor the Building Automation System’s graphical user interface in order to access the system remotely, working in tandem with building engineers to recognize issues before they arise.
